Planning your meals for the week shouldn’t be so hard! Most of us plan meals the wrong way… we go to the grocery store and mope around like the walking dead until we see something on the shelf that we like and that becomes dinner for the night.
With our new combo planner inserts, you will have both a meal planning sheets as well as a grocery list sheets for your planner. At the beginning of the week, jot down what you will be eating each day, and if it requires you going to the grocery store… jot down those ingredients on the included grocery list sheets. This makes grocery shopping a dream, in and out, knowing exactly what you need.
This will keep you organized and stress free, not dreading the question, “what are we going to eat?”

Each page will contain one meal plan page and one grocery list page on it which can be cut in half to make your 5.5″x8.5″ pages. Printing using a duplex option (or running your sheets back through a second time) will make double sided sheets for your planner.
